Message every cylinder's TB will be syncronous to each other, and since a TB is a single plate that swings 90 degrees, you will have the same behaviour with the setup. You are just going to be opening things up quite a bit more and you will flow more air. The MAS will see this additional air and account for it with the proper fuel delivery.. The ECU uses the TPS primarily for acceleration enrichment, but it will still all be the same. I dont see any issues with your setup, but dont forget that you will still need some way of controlling idle air. What provisions do you have for those devices?

As for everything else, it looks like you are onto something pretty sweet!
